Nie wiem jaki to ma związek, ale właśnie został opublikowany trzy-setny post na blogu, a wczoraj na forum digart.pl miała miejsce wymiana postów między mną, a użytkownikiem o nicku ~r20. To właśnie on uświadomił mi, że publikując zdjęcia łamię prawa autorskie.
Jeszcze do wczoraj myślałem, że umieszczając informację o treści:
Wszelkie obrazy zamieszczone na blogu są ogólnodostępne i znajdują się na stronach które pozwalają na ich udostępnianie. Jeśli uważasz, że któryś z obrazów wykorzystano naruszając prawa autorskie, dodaj komentarz pod postem z obrazkiem, a zostanie on usunięty, lub zostaną do niego dopisane informacje o autorze.
Jestem w porządku w stosunku do autorów zdjęć tu publikowanych. Wczoraj dotarło do mnie, że wcale tak nie jest.
Z tego miejsca chciałbym podziękować ~r20 za wylanie kubła zimnej wody na mój zakuty łeb. I przeprosić jego i wszystkich za moją indolencję.
Oczywistym jest, że nie mogę nadal publikować zdjęć, przynajmniej nie w dotychczasowej formie. Mało tego usunę wszystkie posty z bloga i zacznę publikację od nowa na nowych zasadach:
Po pierwsze - każde zdjęcie tu opublikowane będzie musiało mieć zgodę autora na publikację.
Po drugie - każde zdjęcie będzie zawierało informację o autorze.
Po trzecie - wprowadzony będzie widget z listą autorów zdjęć wraz z linkami do ich stron, lub profili na portalach społecznościowych
Domyślam się, że wiele osób, które często tu zaglądają, odpuści sobie tego bloga, liczę się z tym. Mam jednak nadziej, że jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócą.
Jeżeli mógłbym mieć jakąś prośbę od osób, które jeszcze nie zamknęły tej strony, to proszę o pomoc w odnajdywaniu autorów zdjęć (proszę o wpisywaniu komentarzy na blogu z informacją o autorze i o które zdjęcie chodzi).
Posty na blogu zacznę usuwać od przyszłego piątku. Jeżeli do tego czasu pojawią się jakieś informacje, to oczywiście wyślę maila od autora zdjęcia z zapytaniem o zgodę na publikację.
Bardzo proszę o wyrozumiałość, gdyż lubię tego bloga i chciałbym nadal propagować zmysłowe piękno kobiecego ciała.
Mam nadzieje, że będzie jeszcze lepiej niż było.

Radical changes in the blog
